Stay at Agriturismo Podere Bellaria, a classic stone estate in the Chianti hills. Vineyards, olive groves, and cypress lined lanes frame this peaceful base near medieval hill towns. Meeting point
Pick-up and drop-off information: The meeting point is Florence Peretola Airport (FLR). We include complimentary group transfers to and from the airport. On arrival day, meet our team at 4:00 PM by the arrivals. We advise guests to book flights arriving no later than 2.30 PM to join the complimentary transfer. On departure day, we drop you off at 11:00 AM. We advise guests to book flights that depart no earlier than 1:00 PM.
Private transfers can be arranged both on the arrival and departure days.

8 days itinerary
Day 01, Sunday: Arrival day, welcome to Tuscany
Arrive at Florence Peretola Airport and transfer to our estate in the Chianti hills. Check in, relax, and explore the grounds. As evening falls, enjoy a light welcome dinner featuring classic Tuscan flavors, then unwind at the venue and settle in for the week ahead.
Day 02, Monday: First cooking class and San Gimignano with dinner
After breakfast, your first hands on cooking class introduces core Tuscan techniques. Enjoy lunch from the dishes prepared. In the afternoon visit San Gimignano, strolling its medieval streets and towers. Dinner in a traditional locanda rounds off the day before returning to the venue.
Day 03, Tuesday: Wine tasting lunch, Montepulciano, second cooking class
Begin with a guided winery visit and tasting lunch in the Montepulciano area. Explore the town’s stone lanes and panoramic squares in the afternoon. Return to the venue for your second cooking class, then sit down to dinner featuring the recipes created with your chef.
Day 04, Wednesday: Explore Florence with city tour
Travel to Florence for a guided walk through Renaissance landmarks and artisan quarters. Lunch at a classic Florentine restaurant. Enjoy free time in the afternoon for museums, shopping, or a leisurely coffee. Return to the venue for a relaxed dinner and evening.
Day 05, Thursday: Mill pasta production, lunch, Pienza, cheese farm dinner
Begin at a historic mill for a hands on pasta production experience, then enjoy a rustic lunch on site. In the afternoon explore Pienza, strolling Renaissance streets with views of the Val d’Orcia. Continue to a local cheese farm for tastings and a relaxed dinner overlooking Pienza before returning to the venue.
Day 06, Friday: Third cooking class and Siena with dinner
Morning cooking class followed by lunch at the venue. Head to Siena to explore its medieval center and Piazza del Campo. As evening arrives, enjoy dinner at a local restaurant before returning to the estate for a restful night.
Day 07, Saturday: Fourth cooking class, free afternoon, farewell dinner
Celebrate your final cooking class in the morning, then enjoy lunch from your creations. Spend a free afternoon relaxing by the pool or walking the vineyards. Gather in the evening for a warm farewell dinner at the venue with classic Tuscan dishes.
Day 08, Sunday: Group transfer, Arrivederci
Enjoy a final breakfast at the venue before checkout. Group transfer to Florence Peretola Airport. Carry home new recipes, fond memories, and the flavors of Tuscany. Arrivederci and see you again soon.
