Complaints Procedure

At Wherein Cooking Holidays, we are committed to providing you with the best possible experience. If at any point you have concerns about your holiday, please follow the steps below.

Before your holiday

If any issue arises before your holiday begins, please contact our Customer Experience Team via our contact form, providing full details of your complaint.

  • We will acknowledge your message within 14 days of receiving it.

  • We will aim to provide a full response within 28 days of receiving it.

 

During and after your holiday

If a problem arises during your holiday, you must inform our representative on site immediately so that we have the opportunity to resolve the matter for you while you are still there.

If you remain dissatisfied after this, please submit a written report, including clear details of what went wrong, within 28 days of your return. This should be sent to us via our contact form.

Please note that we cannot accept liability for any complaint that is not reported to our representative at the time the issue arises and/or is not submitted to us in writing within 28 days of your return.
